  • Evaluates clients' needs and plans, and develops and implements educational, training and support programs
  • Facilitates access to clinical services and health practitioners
  • Interviews clients and assesses the nature and extent of their abilities
  • Provides practical and emotional support to individuals
  • Complies with relevant policies to optimise safety and wellbeing of clients
