- The official monthly first decile, median and ninth decile are multiplied by twelve, producing EUR 29,796–73,428 and a EUR 43,380 median benchmark. The official monthly mean of EUR 4,070 is multiplied by twelve for the EUR 48,840 average annual salary metric.
- Coverage and limits
- Full-time wage and salary earners in the Structure of Earnings population. The displayed range is D1–D9, not a quartile range or a graduate starting-salary forecast.
Student living costs
Finnish National Agency for Education and Finnish Immigration Service
- Method
- The dashboard stores the official student planning range of EUR 900–1,200 per month. Migri's EUR 800 monthly finance requirement is retained as a separate administrative floor and is not substituted for the spending range.
- Coverage and limits
- One higher-education student, tuition excluded. Housing costs vary materially by city and accommodation type, and initial deposits are excluded.
Representative international tuition
Tampere University and Aalto University
- Method
- The representative range uses Tampere University's EUR 10,000 lower fee category and Aalto University's EUR 17,000 technology and multidisciplinary master's fee.
- Coverage and limits
- EUR 10,000–17,000 for selected mainstream English-taught bachelor and master programmes for fee-liable students. Aalto art and architecture fees and other specialist high-cost programmes are excluded; this is not a claimed national minimum or maximum.

- Finnish law does not specify a national minimum wage, so the evidence layer stores a null numeric amount.
- Coverage and limits
- Generally binding collective agreements can set sector-specific minimum pay. Where no collective agreement applies, pay must still be normal and reasonable.

- Coverage and limits

- Coverage and limits
- The paper application fee is EUR 750. Insurance, travel, identification and external service costs are excluded, and the fee is not added to the /visas catalogue.
