  • Meets one of three federal categories: Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), or Federal Skilled Trades (FST)
  • Language test results (IELTS/CELPIP for English, TEF/TCF for French) — valid 2 years
  • Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) — if educational credentials are from outside Canada
  • Sufficient CRS score to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the regular draws
  • Meets health and character requirements
  • Proof of settlement funds (unless already authorized to work in Canada or have a valid job offer)
